For generations, we have cultivated citrus fruits between Syracuse and Catania, carrying forward a tradition rooted in respect, hard work, and knowledge. We deeply believe in rural culture and in the importance of passing it on, because within it lives the very essence of Sicily: slowness, care, and gratitude for what nature gives us.
All our products are used in the kitchen of our restaurant and in our processing workshop, creating a virtuous circle of short supply chain and authenticity.
